Not seeing the Teams chat channels?

Try these steps. 👇

Step 1.

Click on the Link to Join the PowerNotes AIU Team.

Step 2.

Decide if you want to use your computer app or the web app for Teams.

Step 3.

If you select the Web App, be sure you’re logged in or are using your institutional email address.

If you select the Computer App, be sure to select the New one.

Step 4.

Next, you’ll be asked to set up the Microsoft Authenticator app. If you have access to Microsoft with your institution, then you already have this app on your phone. If not, then you’ll need to download it.

You can opt to skip this step for 14 days, if you just want to focus on getting into the Teams app. When you decide you want to set up Authenticator, please use these Authenticator instructions.

Step 5.

Now that you’re in, you will want to be sure that you can see everything. You’ll want to click See all channels

Next, you’ll want to show each channel.
